  • Is there an installation process?

    There is absolutely no installation required. Evercondo staff will set the portal up for you based on information you provide. Once that is complete, you're good to go.
  • How will I be charged for Evercondo?

    Evercondo charges a monthly subscription fee based on the plan and number of units in your condo building.
  • Is Evercondo for property managers or residents?

    Evercondo is a tool that greatly benefits both property managers and residents. For managers, Evercondo simplifies daily management tasks and also provides insights to intelligently and efficiently manage condominiums with a comprehensive analytics platform. For residents, Evercondo lets you know what's happening in your home, make reservations, book parking spots and many more through the residents portal.
  • Who can access Evercondo?

    Evercondo is accessible by property managers, condo board members, owners and tenants. Only users that have been verified by managers as actual residents will gain access to the Residents Portal.
  • How many residents can get access to Evercondo?

    Unlimited. As long as management has verified that a resident is an owner or tenant, that resident gets access to the Resident Portal. There can also be multiple users in a single unit.
  • Does Evercondo have accounting/financial features?

    While Evercondo currently does not offer accounting/financial features, it is fully integrated with one of the leading condo accounting softwares, Condo Manager. If you're interested in Condo Manager, we will be more than glad to help. Please contact us to find out more.
  • We don't need all of the features offered on Evercondo. Can we turn off some features?

    Yes. You may disable features that your community would not be using at any time.

  • Which mobile OS does Evercondo support?

    The Evercondo mobile app is currently available only on iOS devices. An Android version will be released shortly. We will let you know when that happens.
